Anti Candida Diet Helpful Hints

One of the hardest parts about being on an anti Candida diet is the social aspect and you have two options - become a social recluse or deal with it the best that you can.

Click Here To Download Your Free Anti Candida Diet Recipes

The first few weeks are the real test so here is a quick guide to help you deal with the social challenges that you will face.

Tip 1 - One step at a time;
If you find that the thought of stopping all the food that you love in one swoop scary - then don’t.

Tip 2 - Focus on what you can eat;
Changing your focus from what you can’t have to what you can have on an anti Candida diet is a great way to see your food in a whole new light. It is amazing the variety of tastes that you can get from a stir fry or salad just by adding a different vegetable or herb.

Tip 3 - Don't be too critical;
At some point during the diet you will be tested. My advice here is that if it is likely to offend someone or alter your relationship with them in any way, then take the food on offer and enjoy it.

Tip 4 - Buy your own;
When visiting friends, take rice crackers and hummus Often your friends are worried about offending you by serving up food or snacks that you can't eat, so this takes the pressure off everyone.

Tip 5 - Finger food at parties;
If you are invited to a social gathering, ensure that you have a large meal before you leave, that way you will be able to ignore the finger food on offer.

Tip 6 - Dealing with dinner dates;
If you are invited out to a restaurant, ask about the sort of restaurant you will be going to. Most dining places these days have a salad option or if not, then relax, go with the flow, enjoy yourself and deal with the consequences tomorrow!

Tip 7 - Explaining an anti Candida diet;
Many people feel self-conscious or embarrassed by being on an anti Candida diet and find it tough to explain to others what they are doing.
The best way around this is just to say that you are on a detox diet and let the conversation go from there.

Sometimes people can be persistent and want to know more, so if you want, you can just , then just shift the blame onto your doctor, naturopath, nutritionist, psychic or anyone else who sounds like they might know what to do.

Eating When On A Yeast Infection Diet

How can the food that we eat on a yeast infection diet actually kill the fungus attacking our bodies?

When it comes to eliminating the Candida overgrowth a yeast infection diet is one of the most potent tools you can use.

Click Here To Download Your FREE Candida Guide and Yeast Infection Diet Recipes

Here are the two ways the yeast infection diet will help us;
  1. It removes the foods - namely sugar, mold, and starches - that the Candida fungus lives on from our diet effectively starving it.
  2. It identifies the foods that could be causing harm to our immune system.
A yeast infection diet runs over three stages, with stage one being the elimination phase, stage two is when we start to reintroduce foods and stage three is when we have introduced most of our regular foods back into our diet.

The elimination phase of a yeast infection diet is where things get really tricky, really quickly.
It basically involves taking out all sugars, starches, gluten, dairy, stimulants, processed meats, preservatives, foods containing mold and chemical additives - which as you would imagine, leaves very little left for you to eat!

Here is a list of foods that are allowed during the elimination stage;

Vegetables - green and leafy is the key here!
Spinach
Lettuce
Silver beet
Bok Choy/Pak Choy
Broccoli
Asparagus
Cabbage
Turnips
Kale
Peppers - red, green, yellow, orange
Zucchini
Cucumber
Squash

Meat
Lean lamb
Chicken
Fish
Turkey

Eggs - limit to two a day
Seeds and nuts - almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds - The only nuts that everyone agrees that you should avoid are peanuts and cashews because of their high mold content

Flavorings
All herbs and spices are allowed, especially black pepper, garlic, ginger and cinnamon. Just be careful with the really hot spices as these can irritate your digestive system.

Oils
There are certain oils that have a high smoke point, contain plenty of essential fatty acids and omega 3,6 and 9. Examples include coconut, flaxseed, sesame and sunflower.

The following foods are on the ‘maybe’ list because each yeast infection diet seems to have a differing opinion about whether they are allowed in stage one or not.

  • Unsweetened yogurt containing live cultures
  • Cottage cheese
  • Whole grains - millet, quinoa, brown rice etc. Some programs say OK in the first few weeks, others say no way.
  • Sprouted beans
  • Peas
  • Fruit that is low in sugar, like pears, pineapple, kiwifruit, limes and lemon.

The best advice here is that if you want to include any of them, then have really small servings once a day - I know that I would have gone bonkers during the elimination phase of my yeast infection diet if I could not have had cottage cheese with cinnamon on a rice cracker for supper!

Stage one of a yeast infection diet should last at least two weeks.

Stage two of our yeast infection diet is when we can start to eat other foods.
This should be done really slowly, one food at a time, one serving at a time.

Begin with your simple carbos - whole grains, legumes or starchy vegetables. The key part here is to note any reaction - this may be as slight as your heart starting to race. If you do notice any reaction, then remove the food it for at least another two weeks. If you keep getting a reaction then you may have to do away with it from your diet indefinitely.

Stage three of the yeast infection diet is when you have introduced all of your usual foods without reaction - Yay! Break out the pizza! ... as a treat......

Although you will feel fantastic while on your yeast infection diet, you will not get rid of your Candida permanently just by using the diet.

To do that you need a full program of anti-fungal supplements, support for your kidneys and liver as they remove the toxins left behind by the Candida and you also need to heal the damage that the fungus has caused to your organs and immune system.

Did you know that there are actually anti-yeast foods?
And that your timing of supplements can influence how effective they are?

Sugar Free Candida Diet Recipes

I am a great fan of food.

So you can imagine the state that I got into when I saw how much great tasting food we were not allowed during a Candida diet.

Looking at some Candida diet recipes sure didn't ease my mind any either. Most of them were using ingredients that I'd never heard of and I was pretty sure that even if I could find them they would be well out of my price range!

The best that most of the simple Candida diet recipes could do were elaborate pumpkin soups, leek and broccoli casserole or celery and cottage cheese snacks.

With no other option I sat down to see how I could feed myself without blowing the budget or taking too much time. By looking at the foods that we were allowed I managed to put together a really easy eating plan.

Breakfast Time Candida Diet Recipes

  • Either scrambled eggs (made with water instead of milk) or
  • Rolled oat porridge made with water and topped with natural yogurt and cinnamon. If you want to be a bit daring, add some grated apple and/or berries to the mix.

Candida Diet Recipes for Lunch and Dinner
Make a big batch of both and keep them in the fridge. What you don't have for dinner, have for lunch.

Salad
Salads are grossly undervalued as they are one of the cheapest and easiest Candida diet recipes.

  • Tear up half a lettuce, chop up a couple of peppers - any color - add a cucumber and an avocado or two and you have the start of a delicious healthy meal.
  • Each time you serve them up vary the flavor by adding a different meat to the mix and seasoning accordingly. For example; when I have a chicken salad, I like to top the salad with cottage cheese and drizzle lemon juice over the lot. For tuna I usually just use lemon juice and for lamb I do a yogurt dressing.

Vegetable Stir Fry
  • Start with your basic oil, garlic, ginger and onion.
  • Stir fry until the onion is clear.
  • Then add your slower cooking veges like broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Next add your celery and zucchini type veges.
  • Top it all off with a couple of your leafy greens.
  • Have it on its own with different flavors or use it as a base for your meats and alter the seasoning to suit.

Dessert Candida Diet Recipes
Sweets are really hard during the elimination phase - so if you absolutely must have dessert, but don’t want to go to a lot of effort and expense, you are really limited to;

Natural unsweetened yogurt with;
  • cinnamon or allspice;
  • berries;
  • rolled oats or other soft whole grains.
  • A mix of all three is really yummy!

Snacking Candida Diet Recipes

Grab a large rice wafer and cover with your choice of;
  • Cottage cheese and cinnamon or chives
  • Tuna
  • Hummus
If you can discover or make bread that meets all the rules for stage one, then these toppings are utterly fabulous on toast!

  • Use hummus, cottage cheese and yogurt as dips for small rice crackers and raw vegetables.
  • Stock boiled eggs in the fridge and get one when hunger hits.
  • A handful of nuts and seeds mixed together will do wonders for any nagging hunger pangs or munchies.

The Candida cleanse is just a fancy name for taking on loads of fiber isn't it?
It is surprising how many people think so! While you do take on extra fiber to help flush the toxins from your system this is a very small part of the process.

A true Candida cleanse is really about using diet and supplements to get rid of the Candid overgrowth that you are experiencing. It does this in four ways. By;
Killing the fungus
Supporting our immune system
Getting rid of toxins
Helping the body to recover from the damage that has been caused.

So I can do all of this just by going on a diet?
The Candida diet is an important part of the Candida cleanse, but withour taking the necessary supplements it is really just a glorified weight loss diet.

Which foods can we eat on a Candida Cleanse?

To starve the fungus and remove all foods that may be irritating our immune system we need to stop eating all sugar, starch, carbohydrates, gluten and dairy.
For the first few weeks it pays to only eat; green leafy vegetables, non starchy vegetables - like broccoli and cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, cucumber, eggs, lean lamb, chicken, fish, nuts and seeds.

What sort of supplements do we need to take?
Antifungal treatments - there are plenty of natural anti-fungal remedies available.
Extra support for the kidneys and liver as they remove the toxic waste
Supplements to help the body heal from the damage caused by the fungus and toxins.
Dietary supplements for eliminating toxins - we all have some degree of heavy metal and parasitic poisoning. If we want to make a full recovery then we need to gently remove everything that will interfere with our immune system.

Any supplementation whether pharmaceutical or natural should be undertaken with care, so please follow the instructions on the packaging or the advice of your Candida cleanse program provider. If in any doubt seek medical advice. Never exceed the recommendations and instructions written on the bottle.

Are there any side effects?
There is a lot of information about a phenomenon called ‘Candida Die Off’ or the Herxheimer response.This can last anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more. This is where you fiber shakes are really handy, as they help to flush these toxins out of your system really quickly. Taking extra supplements like vitamin C can also help.

Anti Candida Diet Tips

Two words often associated with the anti Candida diet are confusing and frustrating.

So many people start the diet eager and willing then see how little the diet allows them to eat and become despondent.

Click Here For An Anti Candida Diet Plan That is Super Simple

Here are a couple of tips to help you get going and stay focused.....

Tip 1 - Dealing with Part one of an anti Candida diet
Part One is the first two to four weeks of the diet and is pretty tough to get through. Any foods containing preservatives, carbohydrates, dairy, sugar, mold, starches, gluten and wheat must be removed from our diet.

So what are you allowed? Simply put, you can eat leafy green veges, cauliflower, celery, zucchini, peppers, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cucumber, silver beet, fish, chicken, omega oils, nuts and seeds.

Tip 2 - Foods that plans disagree on for an anti Candida diet.
This is where some confusion comes in because some plans say that it is OK to eat foods like low sugar fruit, cottage cheese and whole-grains right from the start.
The only advice that I can give here is to go with what you can do without - I hate lettuce without dressing so i had to put cottage cheese on it to make it palatable!

Tip 3 - A food diary
During an anti Candida diet we end up taking so many supplements and introducing so many foods that a food diary is really handy just to keep track of it all.

Tip 4 - Starting to eat foods again
The trick here is to do it really slowly - one serving of one food once a day. Note any reaction - even a raised heart rate counts as a negative - and remove any food that you react to. These can be tried again in another two weeks.

Tip 5 - How to handle cravings on an anti Candida diet
There are many things that can cause food cravings, from hormones, mineral imbalances, blood sugar levels and Candida.

The best idea here to distinguish between a need and a want is to wait five minutes before indulging in the food that you want. By holding off for a few minutes you will find that you get distracted with other things.

Did you know that the Candida can build up a resistance to all anti-fungal treatments, including tea tree oil and Garlic and that there are actually anti-yeast foods?

Get the Best Yeast Infection Treatment.

A yeast infection is an unwanted intrusion on our lives, and treating it is the last way we want to spend on our hard earned cash.

It is quite possible to spend thousands searching for the best yeast infection treatment and still be blighted with an infection.

So what can you do?

Do you look for a natural cure or do you continue with a conventional treatment?
Do you keep visiting the doctor?
Do you go to a naturopath?
Do you try a diet?
Do you download an eBook?

How do you find the best yeast infection treatment?

Click Here For The Best Yeast Infection Treatment

We first need to start by dispelling the myths;

1 - "A yeast infection is caused by poor hygiene"; there is very little chance of you getting rid of your Candida just by washing and changing your undies or socks more frequently.
2 - "Ignore it - It will go away by itself". While your symptoms may disappear in most cases it is actually receding so that it can regroup and strike harder next time.
3 - "All you need is Probiotics"; Probiotics are great in a supporting role as they increase the number of good bacteria needed to fight the fungus, but they alone will not cure your infection.
4 - "A Candida diet will cure your infection" - although widely touted as the best yeast infection treatment the Candida diet is only part of the solution.
5 - "Just keep on with the anti-fungal treatments"; While your anti-fungal treatments do work wonders, you can not get rid of your infection just by taking them .

Alrighty, so what do we do now?
Shall we try our local GP and ask them what the best yeast infection treatment is? I bet that you walk out with a script for more Monistat!

Or do we head to our friendly naturopath and ask them about the best yeast infection treatment? He will immediately put us on a strict diet and supplement regime to kill the fungus, heal the damage, clean out all the toxins left behind and get your immune system working properly.

Funnily enough, this is what the best yeast infection treatment should be concentrating on.

To be the best yeast infection treatment it needs to;
  • Destroy the fungus
  • Clean out the leftover waste
  • Heal the damage left behind
  • Restore your immunity.

The only downside to the naturopath is his cost. Seriously, by the time you take in consult fees and prescriptions we are talking thousands of dollars.

So we are left with downloading an online program.

Invariably each one claims to be the best yeast infection treatment. And do you know what? They just might be.

  • A few of these programs do destroy the fungal infection, mend the damage and some even include kidney, liver, parasite and heavy metal cleanses.
  • Most are written by qualified people who also happen to know what you are going through.
  • They include versions of the Candida diet and plenty of options for your anti-fungal treatment. These programs will also show you which supplements to take for a full recovery as well as a guide to the best times to take them.
  • With these eBooks, you have instant access, there is no waiting for appointments and you dont even have to tell anyone about it!
  • And to top it off, you get all this - and your yeast infection cured for good - for a fraction of the cost of a naturopath, doctor or continual trips to the pharmacy!
Do you really want to keep wasting your time and money? What if I told you that there were actually anti-yeast foods?

Home Remedies for Yeast Infection Treatment

We have all had the experience of a yeast infection and the drama's that can come with them.

As if the symptoms alone were not uncomfortable enough - we now have to tell a complete stranger how our privates feel and get prescribed even more pills or cream that don't really seem too effective. Eventually it gets to be too much and we start trying to find home remedies for yeast infection treatment.

Click Here for the Best Program of Home Remedies for Yeast Infection Treatment

Before you start playing with every one of the countless home remedies for yeast infection you have to be conscious of how we got the candida in the first place.

Although we all have Candida within us it is held in check by our immune system. The only way that the Candida can multiply to the extent that it has is because your immune system has failed. Our immune system gets damaged by a whole load of things; sickness, diet, stress, heavy metals, parasites, hormones, pH changes..... Well, you get the idea.

To be completely free from Candida we need to look at home remedies for yeast infection that will do these four things for us;
  1. End the pain
  2. Kill the candida
  3. Cleanse the poisonous toxins that the Candida has left behind
  4. Heal our bodies and our immune system.

With this in mind you can begin to understand a few of the myths that are floating around about certain home remedies for yeast infection treatment;

Keep clean and dry, wear cotton clothing, use mild soaps; These are great for preventing a Candida overgrowth, but when you have an infection unfortunately they will do little for it.

Leave it alone, it will go away by itself. Using home remedies for yeast infection will just aggrevate it. In some cases your symptoms can disappear all by themselves, but usually they reappear worse than before.

Just take some probiotics; While probiotics are handy to boost the number of good bacteria within us, this alone will not be enough to shut down the Candida overgrowth.

Use the Candida Diet; By removing foods that the Candida lives on and foods that place your immune system under stress a diet for Candida is helpful as one of the home remedies for yeast infection. But when we look at the list of things that we need our cure to do the diet still misses a few of them out.

Just use a good antifungal medicine;
Whether one of your favorite home remedies for yeast infection is Tea tree Oil or Garlic, yogurt or vinegar or something else you do have to get used to the idea that just using these will not cure you. I know that they make you feel better really quickly, but that is only the first step in conquering the fungus.

By far the biggest myth that we have heard is that you are cured when your symptoms have gone.

This is actually a really dangerous thing to assume. Because the battle with Candida starts in your gut, it was probably going for a long time before you noticed any symptoms at all, so it will take a long time after your symptoms have gone before you are free of the fungus.

Do you remember what we needed to do to make a full recovery? Here's how we do it;

The first step is to Stop our Pain
This means using the antifungal treatments that we mentioned earlier. Whether you like Tea Tree Oil, garlic, yogurt, cinnamon or cider vinegar. They are all great home remedies for yeast infection symptoms and will work really quickly on your pain.

The second step is to Stop the fungus
This is where we really get serious about killing the internal infection by using both diet and herbal antifungal supplements.

The third step is to Clean out the poisonous toxins
The kidneys and liver need extra support as they try to cope with the extra burden of trying to eliminate all the toxins the Candida has produced.

The fourth step is to Help our immune system and our bodies to repair themselves.
Heal the damage to your body by the fungus. This includes repairing the immune system so that you do not suffer from this again.

The Diet For Candida

Most people have heard about a diet for Candida, but what is it and how does it work?

The diet for Candida involves 3 stages that will assist you in two ways;
  • 1) To help eliminate the fungus.
  • 2) The foods to which you are sensitive to can be identified and aid the healing of your system to prevent more infections occurring.
Want a Complete Diet for Candida Program? Click Here.

Stage one of the diet for Candida
Step one is the most important because this is where we stop feeding the Candida and take out all foods that may be placing stress on our immune system.

This essentially means we are taking away the foods with- sugar, yeast, gluten, Carbos (simple or otherwise), wheat, grains, mold and dairy- in them. Fermented foods are also not advised - this includes vinegars and soy sauce.

A very general rule here is if you have any doubt about whether you are allowed a food then it is best not to include it.

It may seem like there is not much left, but there are a few essential foods that you can eat in stage one of a Diet for Candida.
  • Most green vegetables are OK
  • Red and yellow peppers are also fine.
  • Courgettes, cucumbers, squash
  • Lean meat, chicken and fish.
  • Omega oils - Essential fatty acids are essential
There are differing opinions whether cottage cheese, natural cultured yogurt and whole grains are allowed at this stage. The best idea is to go with what you feel you can do - if you need cottage cheese on your celery you go for it!

You will need to be on this stage of the diet for at least two weeks. For severe infections four weeks is the recommended minimum.

Sandy and Phil are a regular Mom and Dad. They have four kids and are on an average income. Check out how they cope with the Candida diet here - The How To Cure Candida Experiment

Stage two of the Diet for Candida
Now that our system has had a chance to heal, it is time to slowly reintroduce some basic foods back into our diet.The most important part here is to notice what your body does as these foods are eaten. If there is any reaction at all, from a slight quickening of your heart rate to a complete return of your symptoms then remove the food again for another two weeks.

Stage three of the Diet for Candida
This is where you can relax and enjoy your food again without fear. Although by this stage many of the changes that you will have made through the diet for Candida will be permanent, it is particularly satisfying to know that your family pizza night can go back on the menu!

How long should we be on the diet for Candida?
At least 6 weeks for mild cases, 6 months for moderate case and I have heard of people being on a diet for Candida for up to 2 years for advanced or systemic cases.
Truth be told, most people find that they are more than comfortable to include parts of the diet for Candida in their staple diet permanently.

Will I be completely cured by just doing the diet for Candida?
The diet for Candida will certainly go a long way to eliminating the fungus and by identifying your trigger foods you will help prevent a further infection and begin to feel fantastic. But to regain full health and kill the Candida completely we do need to follow a regime of supplements that include anti-fungals, nutrients to aid healing and kidney and liver cleanses to help flush out the toxins left behind by the Candida.

Do you want to know which supplements are the best for killing Candida? How the times that we take them can affect their effectiveness?

The Real Candida Cleanse Diet

Sounds strange doesn't it a Candida Cleanse Diet?

But if you are serious about getting rid of your Candida, then this is one of the best ways to do it.

What is it?
The diet for Candida is a three stage process designed to do two things;
  1. Starve the Candida fungus - Candida love sugar, refined carbos, mold, basically everything that we all love. Starving the fungus of these foods is essential to cleansing your body of Candida.
  2. Eradicate allergens/sensitivities. Candida takes a hold within us because our immune system has failed usually through overwork, and food sensitivities and allergies play an enormous role here. Because many of us wont know what we are allergic to, the first stage of the Candida diet is vital to identifying what foods dont agree with us.
How straightforward is the Candida Cleanse Diet?
Truthfully the hardest part at the beginning of the Candida diet is sorting out what you can and cant eat. Cooking it is no problem mainly stir fries and salads. You could even end up spending less time in the kitchen creating your meals.

Check out Sandy's blog as she goes through the Candida Cleanse Diet;
The How To Cure Candida Experiment

How much more will I have to spend on the Candida Cleanse Diet?
The cost of the diet is almost completely dictated by your ability to get fresh vegetables - lettuce doesn't freeze darn it! It is also worthwhile to note that if your grocery bill is made up of processed or prepackaged foods, flour or 'treats', then there is a good chance that you may be able to save money.

For Your Total Candida Cleansing Program That's Guaranteed - Click Here

Stage 1 of the Candida Cleanse Diet
No matter which program you follow, every Candida Cleanse Diet starts with this stage. This is where we start the process of killing the Candida by removing all likely food sources and this is also where we remove any foods that are stopping our immune system from functioning.

This is a very general list of foods that we need to immediately remove from our diet;
sugar (including fruit, fruit juice and artificial sweeteners)
carbohydrates (simple or otherwise),
starch,
yeast,
mold,
gluten,
wheat or
dairy
Fermented foods like soy sauce, vinegar and alcohol are also out.

Some programs say that whole grains like amaranth, buckwheat and millet, low sugar fruits like pineapple or papaya, cottage cheese and unsweetened yogurt containing live cultures are fine at this stage. Others say no way!
The best advice I can offer here is to go with what you feel is right.
If you are unsure, then do not eat it, but if you feel that it is OK then go ahead, but limit them to really small portions once a day.

Stage 2 of the Candida Cleanse Diet
This is where we start to add foods back into our diet. Add new foods really slowly - one serving a day to start with. This will allow your digestive system time to fully digest the new food and you time to note any reaction to it.
It is so important to note whether you have any reaction at all to the food that you introduce, as this will tell you which foods you are sensitive to. A reaction can be a subtle as a foggy feeling or as overt as a full blown recurrence of all symptoms..

Stage 3 of the Candida Cleanse Diet
Stage 3 is basically when you have reintroduced most of your normal foods without incidence.

Now that we have got some sort of control over the fungus thanks to the Candida Cleanse Diet, we need to heal the physical damage done as well as help our kidneys and liver dispose of the dead fungus and its toxins.

Cleansing Candida - Quick FAQs

Have you heard about these 'amazing' Candida cleanses and are curious about how they work?

The short answer is that cleansing Candida is a whole system approach to getting rid of your infection permanently.

Want To Shortcut To Programs Especially Designed For Cleansing Candida - Click Here!

Why do I need to need a program for cleansing Candida when there are so many other easy options available for curing my infection?

I know - Candida is such a debilitating condition once it gets going that it is hard to think of anything other than relieving our symptoms pronto!

Whether it is garlic, cider vinegar, Monistat, Canestan or yogurt, we either slap it on by the tablespoon or swallow it by the cupful until we begin to feel a bit better.. Then do you know what most of us do? Most of us just stop there. We put the lid on the container, leave the bathroom and don not even give it another thought. We imagine that just because the pain is gone that the candida is fixed. Sadly there are reports that up to 95% of us that do this get struck with a returning infection soon after.

While all of our quick fix remedies are really good at relieving our symptoms, none of them are actually addressing the underlying concern, which is where a program for thoroughly cleansing Candida from our system is essential.

Why is cleansing so important?
Lets think for a minute. In a healthy body the Candida is held in check by a whole host of good bacteria. When we get those horrible symptoms it is a sign that the yeast has managed to break through the bacterias defenses . It will have mutated into the Candida fungus, is now feeding off live tissue and multiplying at a great rate. This is especially true if this is a recurrent infection.
Because this outbreak will be affecting your whole body, you need to fight it from all angles, not just attack the parts that you can feel are affected.

What role does the Candida diet have in cleansing Candida?
Just like your anti-fungal treatments, the Candida diet is one of the key elements in getting control of your infection. Together they comprise the first stage in cleansing Candida.

So what does a program for cleansing Candida do?
A good quality program for cleansing Candida will deal with;
easing your discomfort
exterminating the fungus
healing the damage that has been done and
repairing the immune system properly so that we do not get struck down again!

Is there a system for doing a Candida cleanse?
There are five basic steps you need to follow when cleansing Candida;

Step 1 - Eradicating the fungus
This is done first by starting the on Candida diet. This allows you to kill the fungus without the use of any anti-fungal treatments by basically starving it of its favorite foods, sugar, starches, carbohydrates and mold.
Once you have been on the diet for a short while you can begin to add anti-fungal supplements to your routine. By both starving the fungus and hitting it with anti-fungals you will quickly kill the Candida overgrowth..

Step 2 - Taking away the toxic waste;
As the Candida has been moving through your system it has been releasing over 70 dangerous chemicals like ethanol and formaldehyde. Now that the Candida is gone, these chemicals remain and need to be removed separately.

Step 3 - Elliminating parasites and heavy metals
Heavy metals and parasites are a fact of modern life. The more that these accumulate within us, the less efficient our bodies are. One of the biggest areas affected by these is our immune system. Another is the digestive tract. .

Step 4 - Repairing your immune system
With all the toxins that are getting eliminated and flushed through your system your liver and kidneys will need some extra support so that they can begin to work more efficiently.

Step 5 - Lifestyle changes.
this involves making small lifestyle changes that will help to keep you healthy and prevent another overgrowth happening. Many of these will have become second nature during the course of the program
